1 License Grant
BB BoostBanner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Extension for your personal use on the Twitch platform in accordance with these terms.
2Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
· Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension for any purpose.
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
· Use the Extension to violate any laws, Twitch's Terms of Service, or infringe upon the rights of others.
· Use the Extension to distribute malicious, abusive, or illegal content.
3 User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and distribute through the Extension, including banner images and links. You affirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
4Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Extension (excluding the user-generated content you provide) are and will remain the exclusive property of BB BoostBanner.
5Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at our sole discretion.
6Disclaimer of Warranty
The extension is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall bb boostbanner be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the extension.
8Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Extension's page. Your continued use of the Extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
